Electro-acoustic guitar with the classic Dove style that features the Fishman Sonitone sound hole preamp and Fishman Sonicore pickup system. When unplugged, it can easily drive an acoustic band, but plugged in it can hold its own with drums and electric guitars. Back and sides of the instrument are made of select maple, top plate is made of resonant solid spruce. Glued-in hard maple neck with dovetail joint features the SlimTaper “D” profile and adjustable truss rod, and is fitted with rosewood fingerboard with 20 medium frets, pearloid parallelograms and 12” radius. Scale length is 647.7 mm, nut width is 42.672 mm. Guitar is equipped with Fishman Sonicor pickup (under saddle) and Fishman Sonicore sound-hole preamp with Master Volume and Master Tone controls, powered by 9 V battery. Instrument further features an 1-ply white fingerboard, 5-ply white/black body top and 1-ply white body back binding, a rosewood bridge with “Dove”-shaped pearloid and compensated saddle made of bone imitation, an imitation tortoise pickguard with traditional “Dove” artwork, nickel hardware and 1/4" endpin. Guitar comes equipped with D’Addario Phosphor strings (gauges: .012-.053). Violinburst colour design.
