After payment, your order will be prepared in our warehouse and either shipped, or ready for collection in our store. This depends on the choice you make during the ordering process

MJC is entitled to refuse an order due to a serious short coming by the Customer with regard to orders in which the Customer is involved.

Delivery times are dependent on our stock and the stock of our suppliers and MJC cannot be held responsible for delays beyond the control or responsibility of MJC

Items ordered through this online store are delivered within the European Union

Delivery is made by Post, freight transport, private transport or other parcel deliverers

to the place of delivery.

Unless otherwise agreed or expressly stated otherwise, the goods will be delivered to the

place of residence of the Customer delivered within 30 days of receipt of the order.

Any visible damage and/or qualitative short comings of an item or other short comings in delivery must be reported by the Customer to MJC immediately.

The risk of loss or damage passes to the Customer once he (or a third party designated by him, who is not the carrier) has acquired physical possession of the goods. However, the risk is already transferred to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier, if the carrier has been instructed by the Customer to transport the goods and this choice was not offered by the MJC.
