Returns

· An online purchase via our webshop has a right of return of 14 working days.

· The product may be unpacked to the extent that it is possible to assess whether the product is being kept or not.

· The product must be in new condition, in original packaging, unused and equipped with all accessories to be entitled to a return policy.

· The right of return does not apply to products purchased in our physical store. Unlike an online purchase, you were able to view, test and assess the product in the physical store.

· The right of return does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons,such as earplugs, headphones, etc. If the product has not been used and is in closed packaging, this rule does not apply.

· Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, unless there is a wrong delivery. The buyer is responsible for good and safe, preferably original, packaging. Please ensure that we receive the product in the same condition as we sent it.

· Damage due to poor packaging of a return shipment will be recovered from the buyer.

· Musicstore Jacky Claes (BVBA MJC) reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
